The coast lies within 15 miles of the property, giving visitors a choice of beaches, nature reserves, and pretty seaside towns and villages, including Cromer (27 miles), Hunstanton (23 miles) and Wells-next-the-Sea (14 miles). There are many beautiful stately homes and estates in the area, most notably those at Sandringham (9 miles) and Holkham (18 miles), which are both wonderful places to enjoy a day out. Nature lovers should take a trip to Blakeney Point (29 miles) to see the country’s largest colony of grey seals. For bird watchers and walkers, the salt marshes at Cley (30 miles) are a real must-visit during your stay in Norfolk.
Two steps lead up to the front door. Once inside, guests can make themselves at home in the light-filled open-plan living area which has a kitchen to one side with a lounge area opposite. In the lounge area, there is an inviting sofa where guests can enjoy a relaxed evening in front of the Smart TV. A dining table seating two sits beside a window looking out over the front of the property, whilst the kitchen area is well-equipped with everything you’ll need to prepare your holiday meals. The bedroom has been simply yet stylishly furnished with a double bed and wardrobe, whilst across the hall, the wet room offers a shower and WC.
Outside, the cottage benefits from an enclosed courtyard garden with table and chairs provided, making it an attractive spot for sitting out and enjoying the tranquil surroundings over al fresco drinks. Guests can also utilise the extensive front garden area and the pet-enclosed 1.7 acre field for the duration of your stay.
