This single-storey holiday home is perfect for exploring the Norfolk coastline. Weybourne is situated in the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, 3.5 miles west of Sheringham and 4 miles from the Georgian market town of Holt. Surrounded by fields, woodland and heathland, the area is ideal for either walking in the countryside or along the coastal path. The local shop, tearoom and pub are all within half a mile and the shingle beach is just under a mile. The Coasthopper bus runs through the village all year round on its journeys between Kings Lynn and Cromer. Weybourne is renowned for the Muckleburgh Military Collection, and its Edwardian train station which is a stopping point for the Poppyline steam trains which run between Holt and Sheringham.

A total redevelopment in 2023 of a dated bungalow has created a stylish retreat for enjoyment all year round. Wander into the light and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining area, which has all the mod-cons, plus a chic central island, dining table and comfortable seating for eight guests. This is an ideal space for fun and laughter with friends and family over long meals and relaxed drinks. Throw back the large sliding doors in the warmer months and take advantage of the stunning countryside views. There are four beautifully presented bedrooms that offer a high level of comfort to ensure you experience a great night’s sleep, two of which are accessed from the entrance hallway. Both of these bedrooms feature a king-size bed, and one has an en-suite shower room. The family bathroom is sleek and modern. The remaining two bedrooms feature patio doors out to the courtyard garden at the side of the property – a secluded spot for enjoying a cuppa in the morning. These two bedrooms offer a king-size zip-and-link bed (which can be arranged as twins on request), and a twin bedroom with 2 single beds, both with en-suite shower rooms. To complete the property, there is a utility room and a separate WC.

Heading outside, there are two private areas to enjoy. The enclosed courtyard at the side of the property has a patio with seating and can be accessed via patio doors in two of the bedrooms. The garden at the rear of the property has a lawn and a large decking area with sliding doors from the lounge; complete with garden furniture and BBQ for dining alfresco, or reclining with a sundowner drink on a balmy evening.

The property is a perfectly situated, with lovely views at the rear. The bungalow was beautifully presented, and very well equipped. The beds were super comfy and the bathrooms were immaculate. Highly recommended.

Great spot nice walks easy access to beach fantastic sunsets. The property was very complete and well furnished .We thoroughly enjoyed the position great countryside views.

An absolutely beautiful property, modern, clean and well equipped. Exactly as in the photos, even the view to the steam trains. Very dog friendly and the glass wall to the field and steam train is a fantastic idea. Great location, not far from all you could want to keep you occupied. 15min walk to Weybourne pebble beach, 5min walk to local pub and Read moreshop. Can highly recommend the sharing platters at the pub they are amazing and a great selection of drinks. We hope to visit again soon. Hide

Great location and lovely property. Big rooms with plenty of space! We had a great time exploring the area and the north Norfolk coast. Seeing the train everyday was a source of fun for us! The only thing we would change is a bigger fridge - there is a second fridge in the garage. Apart from that it was really lovely!

The house is well-placed for visiting Holt, Sheringham, Holkham etc. The garden is fantastic for dogs and humans alike. We loved the really big TV and open-plan living/dining area. We look forward to visiting again.

The most beautiful property, could not ask for more. The location is great too, peaceful with plenty to do and see within a short drive. Added bonus was being able to see the steam train from the garden which our 3 yr old loved (so did Grandad). Highly recommend and we will be rebooking.

A lovely property in a coastal location. Fully enclosed garden with a glass fence which enhanced the views. Need to be a little careful when walking to the coast as there are no paths on the road. The coast has a lovely cliff walk if you turn right at the end of the public car park. If you turn left we found the walk is a little more difficult due Read moreto the pebble beach. A lovely bungalow, which has been updated to a great standard. The location and garden was perfect for the dogs, with some brilliant walks in Holt and nearby Kelling Heath. Only one small downside was the small integrated fridge, but owners aware and hope they get an additional fridge.

This is a lovely property. The bedrooms are ideally situated away from the living area giving quiet areas for a large group whilst the living, dining, kitchen room is large and bright with a wonderful view over fields and the steam railway in the distance. An excellent property to stay at, very thoughtfully renovated to a very high standard. The built in toothbrush charger was a revaluation (must get one) We loved the open -ness and had plenty of space for us all. The doggy station was fantastic and to have towels there too was a bonus. Heathview is positioned just outside a beautiful village Weybourne. The property is just divine so well equipped , its very tastefully done plenty of room for our family , its a dream for dogs exploring the beautiful walks and the ship inn pub and local coffee shop has everything you could need. We have stayed in a lot of properties in Sussex SuffoRead morelk and Norfolk and this is certainly the best of the best. Luxurious house with plenty of room for a large family. Quiet location. Garden views were amazing enabling us to watch the steam train go by every day. Great modern cottage with all the facilities you need. Owners contactable and reply within minutes if we had any questions. The pub is walkable just a short stretch without a path the beach is a bit further and more areas without paths, so we drove there. The ship pub does great food but advisable to book especially if you have a dog.

Had a fabulous holiday at Heathview. We could not fault the property in any way. 5 Hoomans and 3 dogs is a big ask for any house, but this was just perfect, did not want to leave..100 percent fantastic..
