You enter the property through the side door which leads you into the roomy kitchen area, perfect for the designated chef as it is well equipped to prepare anything from a hearty meal to a light snack with a table and four chairs. Off the kitchen is a cosy, comfortable snug with a wood burner and a two-seater sofa perfect for those wishing to unwind and relax after a busy day exploring the local area; you also have a desk-table and chair for those wishing to set up a workstation. The twin and single bedrooms offer views over the rooftop to the countryside beyond.
Outside, the private lawned area and terrace are to the side of the cottage. There is a large family picnic table with parasol and there is also a small seating area with a garden bench to the front of the property where you can sit and enjoy an al-fresco drink and countryside views. While the garden area is enclosed by a fence to the back and sides, a sandstone wall runs along the front of the property and is quite low.
