The splendid village of Worstead is ideally located amongst glorious Norfolk countryside and is just 6 miles from both the scenic coastline to the north and Wroxham, capital of the famous Norfolk Broads, to the south. The Norfolk Broads, famous for its vast and scenic waterways, can be explored by day boat hire and is popular with walkers, anglers and wildlife lovers, or simply those who enjoy a day on the water with rivers flowing through beautiful countryside and landscapes. The unspoiled villages and market towns give the adults a place to sample local food and beer while family days out are plentiful with the North Norfolk coast within easy reach and various historic buildings, theme parks and wildlife centres also close by.

Upon entering the single-storey cottage, which is set within the grounds of the village pub, you will immediately notice the delightful full-height vaulted ceiling which continues throughout the property, giving a fantastic sense of light. As you arrive into the impressive open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, the layout is ideal for enjoying quality time in the company of loved ones. In the lounge area, relax after a busy day and watch your favourite programme on the Smart TV while food is being prepared in the kitchen area. The kitchen area has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, fridge with ice compartment and washing machine. Gather around the dining table and enjoy a home-cooked meal while planning your days ahead. There are two double bedrooms and one king-size, all three with a Smart TV and an en-suite shower room each, with shower and WC.

For those who enjoy relaxing outside, the cottage has an enclosed garden with garden furniture which offers al fresco dining opportunities. There is also off-road parking for three cars.

My family really enjoyed the stay at number 6 stable cottages. The cottage was very new and everything was clean. The en-suite bathrooms to each bedroom were a real bonus and our young children loved using their scooters on the patio area to the front of the property. Superb property and location. We hired it with by two brothers and partners so three double en suit rooms was ideal all good sizes. The large open plan living area was massive and very comfortable. Dennis the owner and Landlord of the local pub was very hospitable. Had a meal at pub on the Thursday (fish and chip night) huge portions at sensible prRead moreices. Excellent accommodation! We took two 90 year olds who had their own bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. There are two steps to get into the building but level throughout. Clean, warm and comfortable and well placed for visiting different areas. We would definitely consider returning.
