Situated in the quiet village of Overstrand you have the best of both worlds whether you prefer quiet, leisurely walks by the sea or the traditional fun-filled seaside resorts with Cromer just 2 miles away. The cliff-top cafe in the village itself is a lovely spot to enjoy fantastic sea views over lunch or a pot of tea, or perhaps you’d prefer to drop into the village pub which is situated just a short walk away and offers a fantastic menu of home-cooked meals. Amazona Zoo, the North Norfolk Steam Railway, the Georgian Town of Holt full of independent boutique shops and restaurants, and the National Trust sites of Felbrigg and Blickling Hall are all worth a visit.

Enter this house into the hallway which leads into the hallway, having a downstairs cloakroom with WC,  straight through  the hallway leads to the open-plan lounge/diner. The lounge has two comfortable sofas so you can gather around and watch or stream your favourite shows on the Smart TV. When it comes to dinner time, the dining table has enough seating for up to six guests so if you have an extra couple of friends over for dinner then your well catered for. The kitchen area is well-equipped and has an electric oven and gas hob, a microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.  Upstairs on the first floor is the bathroom with shower over bath and WC, and there are three bedrooms which are a double with TV, a twin and a single.

Outside there is an enclosed garden area that has a patio and lawn area and, should you wish to enjoy a spot of al fresco dining, then there is a table and chairs for you. There is private off-road parking for up to two cars.

Modern house with a nice little garden, good for a dog. About 10mins walk to the cliff top and dog friendly cafe but quite steep pathway down to the beach. Village shop unfriendly and cash only!

Excellent property! Very comfy and clean. Garden secure for children and dogs! Great location to walk to the sea front where there's a super dog friendly cafe serving yummy food including vegan options. The slope down to the beach is steep. Pub, post office and shop in Overstrand all within walking distance. .

We had a great time & a lovely house in a very good location, secure garden for Alfie was a blessing. -thank you. Nothing to dislike everything you could wish for, loved the dishwasher!

Lovely residential road, close to Garden centre, that has cafe.. House clean tidy, suited our needs, close to Sea Marge hotel, dog friendly & White Horse pub also dog friendly. Close to beach, about 2 miles from Cromer. If out walking when dark take torch as no street lights. Lovely area

A lovely place to stay on a small residential street with a variety of housing. The cottage was very clean and well equipped. The back garden is totally secure for young children and dogs. The location is perfect- half a mile to a beautiful beach, easily walkable and local amenities are excellent; the dog friendly cliff top cafe is superb. Minnie's is on a beautiful residential street which was nice and quiet. House was spotlessly clean and everything you could need, was there. Just a short 10 minute walk to the beach and lovely cafe, and 2 nice pubs even closer, both which do lovely food. Only one day of rain, a massive bonus as expected lots. All in all a lovely week. Winnies is a lovely house in a perfect area for visiting North Norfolk. The house was spotlessly clean and the garden was nicely enclosed and our two greyhounds loved it. We recommend the Cliff Top Cafe and the White Horse pub both just a short walk away.

This is a very well appointed property and is very comfortable to stay in. We have two small dogs who thoroughly enjoyed there stay. Sea front is a 10min walk. Village store is close by. The White Horse is a great pub next to the village store. The Cliff Top Cafe is a great venue overlooking the sea.

Excellent location, close to the sea front and in a very quiet close. A beautiful 2 mile walk to Cromer either along the beach or via the cliff top route. Shop and pub within easy walking distance.
