Situated in the quiet village of Overstrand you have the best of both worlds whether you prefer quiet, leisurely walks by the sea or the traditional fun-filled seaside resorts with Cromer just 2 miles away. The cliff-top cafe in the village itself is a lovely spot to enjoy fantastic sea views over lunch or a pot of tea, or perhaps you’d prefer to drop into the village pub which is situated just a short walk away and offers a fantastic menu of home-cooked meals. Amazona Zoo, the North Norfolk Steam Railway, the Georgian Town of Holt full of independent boutique shops and restaurants, and the National Trust sites of Felbrigg and Blickling Hall are all worth a visit.
Enter this house into the hallway which leads into the hallway, having a downstairs cloakroom with WC, straight through the hallway leads to the open-plan lounge/diner. The lounge has two comfortable sofas so you can gather around and watch or stream your favourite shows on the Smart TV. When it comes to dinner time, the dining table has enough seating for up to six guests so if you have an extra couple of friends over for dinner then your well catered for. The kitchen area is well-equipped and has an electric oven and gas hob, a microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Upstairs on the first floor is the bathroom with shower over bath and WC, and there are three bedrooms which are a double with TV, a twin and a single.
Outside there is an enclosed garden area that has a patio and lawn area and, should you wish to enjoy a spot of al fresco dining, then there is a table and chairs for you. There is private off-road parking for up to two cars.
