The beautiful Norfolk coast is within easy reach, with plenty of traditional seaside towns to explore including Wells-next-the-Sea, Sheringham and Cromer, all offering stunning beaches and great activities for children. In less than 45 minutes by car, you can be at the glorious waterways of the Norfolk Broads where you can hire a boat for the day and explore the scenic waterways. If you are looking for a day of retail therapy, Norwich is only slightly further afield.
Entering this property via the front brings you into the entrance hall where to your left is a snug area with two large sofas and a TV providing the perfect place to unwind. The lounge area is next along and here you have two sofas and two sofa chairs along with a feature fire place and TV. The dining area is located off from the lounge and has table and chairs for up to eight guests; through the patio doors ,you have glorious views of the garden and fields beyond so this is a great spot to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner. The kitchen is off from the dining room and has an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a coffee machine. There is a utility room which has a washer/dryer and downstairs WC. Heading up to the first floor, you will find a twin room, a double room, a large family bathroom with shower over bath and WC, a king-size bedroom and then a further king-size room with en-suite shower room and WC. All bedrooms have plenty of storage space for your belongings.
Access to the rear garden is via the utility room or the dining room patio doors and this leads out to a large enclosed garden with views beyond of open fields and woodland. There is a table and chairs here, which would provide an excellent place in which to indulge in some al fresco dining. Please note there are foxglove plants in the garden we would advise to supervise children and dogs.
