This wonderfully presented cottage is set in the beautiful, historic Georgian town of Holt and provides a family with the ideal base in which to explore the north Norfolk coastline and countryside.

Set within a peaceful spot in the charming and picturesque Georgian town of Holt, this pretty and contemporary cottage is ideally located for you to explore everything Holt has on offer, including independent boutique shops, pubs and restaurants. Holt is also superbly located should you wish to explore the North Norfolk coastline and beyond. Only a short drive away and you will be at the traditional and popular seaside town of Cromer, which provides a fantastic family day out. The National Trust sites of Felbrigg and Blickling Hall are also within a short distance and if you are looking for a day of retail therapy, Norwich is only slightly further afield.

When you enter this newly refurbished in 2019, bright and spacious traditional flint cottage, you will find yourself in the well-equipped, contemporary style kitchen featuring an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with ice compartment, Nespresso coffee machine and a washer/dryer. Conveniently placed is a downstairs separate WC located just off from the kitchen. From the kitchen is a stylishly presented and open-plan lounge/diner featuring a Smart TV, wood burner and a dining area which seats up to four guests. The French doors located here lead out to the enclosed garden. Heading up to the first floor you will find two cosy bedrooms to rest your head after a busy day out. The first bedroom is a 2'6"  twin zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made up as king-size on request), the second bedroom is a king-size with en-suite shower room and WC. The shower room, also on this floor and completing the accommodation, features a shower and WC.

Heading outside there is an enclosed garden area which is detached from the house and located next to the parking space,  and features a garden table and chairs, the perfect spot to unwind and relax in, and maybe enjoy a spot of al fresco dining. There is off-road parking for one car along the driveway to the rear of the cottage.

  • Departure: before 10:00, unless otherwise stated in your arrival details
  • 2 dogs allowed. Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week
  • There is an Accidental Damage Deposit of £200 when booking at this property, however this may be waived for £25. We’ll provide more details about this when booking your holiday.

Great place to stay with nice walks from the cottage. 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms very handy. Well equipped and comfortable place to stay. Holt proved excellent for several different beaches and Country park. Would recommend and would stay again.

Good location; walk to Holt - which is lovely - in 10 minutes. Cottage has all the things you need and is in good condition.

The property is lovely, perfect spotless and clean, beds were comfy. Ideal Location, very very nice 10/10. The Welcome basket was much appreciated. The cottage had everything we needed, for a perfect stay.

Lovely cottage, clean and well equipped...I can't think that we wanted anything. Great location, quick walk or drive to the centre. Lovely thought the welcome packs and Dolly the dog enjoyed hers. Plenty do do and go and see in the area, love the wild flower centre and, thet do lovely food and sell plants.

Beautifully located and equipped cottage, ideal for walking into Holt and access to the coast. There was a lovely welcome pack and all the furniture, bedding etc was excellent. Would thoroughly recommend this cottage.

This is a superbly well equipped property. It was ideal for a short break. Incredibly dog friendly, the only drawback for dog owners is that the (very small) garden is not directly accessed from the property. We just popped the lead on and took the dog for a short walk when she needed to wee, but this was slightly awkward at night. Location great -Read more feels private and very green, despite a large number of properties in the area. Ideally situation for a short walk into Holt or exploring wider. Hide

Lovely traditional Norfolk cottage which is beautifully modern inside. Love the Powder Room off the kitchen. Nice big bedrooms with great quality bedding supplied. Parking is down the driveway and is a bit of a tight squeeze but we reversed our Mini down and then we were able to swing into the space easily. We were left a welcome basket of treats wRead morehich was lovely. Holt is a great place to stay, lots of cafes and independent shops to visit, all within an easy 10 minute walk from the cottage. What an amazing little find in the village of holt , beautiful cottage with everything you possibly need. The hosts leave it spotless and with little extras to make the stay even more special . So quiet little area.

The property was extremely well equipped, clean and comfortable throughout. The main bedroom upstairs was amazing and much bigger than I had expected. The owners were very friendly in all communications and had very thoughtfully left a welcoming basket that our dog Pebbles was particularly pleased with. We loved Pebble Cottage which is situated in a peaceful road 10 mins walk from Holt Town Centre. The cottage is beautifully presented and is thoughtfully equipped with just about everything you might require during your stay. There is a parking place which is a bit of a tight squeeze and the owner has even thoughtfully provided a cover for the car Read moreas the resident pigeons in the large tree adjoining the parking place tend to leave their mark! The garden for this property is not immediately adjacent to the property itself which greatly reduces its usefulness. The driveway leading to the parking place is very narrow and is probably best suited for a small car. We parked on the road. The TV signal was very intermittenti.e you lost the picture. That being said the property itself is very clRead moreean and comfortable. We enjoyed a lovely week in this beautifully decorated and clean cottage. We loved Holt with its many independent clothes shops and homeware shops. It was a good centre for being close to some lovely beaches and gardens.

The cottage was compact and comfortable with a welcoming feel and a lovely welcome pack. It was in a very nice area within walking distance of the town but for reasonably fit people. We mostly drove when going out for a meal in the evening.

Could not find any fault with the cottage everything was perfect ,very clean and nicely decorated and furnished, parking a little difficult to get in and out as space quite small so best to park on road .
