When we arrived the cottage was beautifully clean and looked like it had been recently decorated. We had one small problem with the TV but were really surprised when the owners (Adrian & Caroline) said that they would be round the next day to sort out the problem. Sure enough this is exactly what happened and we can only express our appreciation foRead morer all that they did for us. Hide

Great location, helpful owner and good information. Holt is a lovely town with great cafes and dining options, and is very handy for exploring nearby seaside locations. The Poppy Line steam train was a bonus.

Very clean and comfortable property. Off street parking was a huge plus for us in Holt as parking could be difficult. We were just a few minutes from the many independent shops and great places to eat. Property owner was friendly and helpful.

This cottage is ideally placed in Holt and the parking space is a boon in this busy little town. Cottage clean and comfortable. Plenty to see and do in the area. Some traffic noise.

Brilliant location, characterful accommodation, easy parking, lots of very thoughtful little touches, beds really comfortable and spotlessly clean. Found it a little disconcerting to watch on the smart meter how much the essential electric heating was costing but had a great week and would definitely recommend.

Cottage in the centre of Holt so vey handy for shops, restaurants etc. Because of its location there can be high levels of traffic noise - this did not spoil our second visit to the cottage.
