We've stayed here a number of times, and love the house and the location. Is it getting a bit tired though, and needs upgrading in some areas.

We really enjoyed our stay in Warborough West. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. Plenty of room to park and a lovely "dog proof"garden for our two mutts. An ideal location not far from lots of interesting places. We discovered a great footpath just across the road which led down to the beach and the Peddars way.

A good location and quiet. Accommodation generous, but general maintenance could be improved. An attractive garden rather overgrown.

Characterful cottage in an excellent location with a pretty garden. However all the furniture was very tired and in need of replacement. Take an eye mask for summer nights in the double room. Up to date bathrooms and 3 loos which is a plus!

The cottage is in an ideal location with a delightful tea shop and gallery opposite. Sadly, the accommodation is seriously in need of updating and redecorating inside and out. The furniture and beds were not very comfortable. The garden could be very pretty if it was looked after.

We experienced a perfect holiday in Kelling. The accommodation is exceptional, in our experience, and would definitely book again. We had a problem with no heating and hot water upon arrival but this issue was addressed extremely promptly by a lady from the letting agency. We were beyond impressed , particularly as we stayed over a Bank Holiday.
