Located just four miles from the beautiful Norfolk coast, this stylish and contemporary cottage is ideally located in the heart of the Georgian town of Holt. A perfect place for couples to explore the wonders of Norfolk. You are ideally located to enjoy everything North Norfolk has to offer. This thriving and unique town offers a wide range of boutique shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs and located just 4 miles from the beautiful Norfolk coastline, you can explore sandy beaches, wildlife reserves and historic market towns.

As you enter this charming property you will find the spacious lounge perfect for snuggling up of an evening in front of the wood burner and watching your favourite movie or TV programme on the Smart TV/DVD, within the lounge is the dining area with seating for four to enjoy a home cooked meal after a busy day. From the lounge you will find a stylish well-equipped kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Heading up to the first floor you will find two cosy bedrooms to rest your head after a day out and about. The first is a double and the second a twin, across the hall is shower room  with large walk in shower and WC.

Heading outside you will find a patio area to the front of the property with garden furniture perfect for relaxing on a summers evening. There is parking available for one car.

A lovely cottage just off the high street with all its amenities. Clean, warm and well equipted. Lots to do in Holt and the surrounding area. Second time at this cottage and would reccomend. Hopefully we will return again soon.

Wow, what a fabulous cottage. The perfect location, a stones throw from the Chubby Seal, and with parking too! An amazing find for central Holt. Could not fault our stay, just wish we could have stayed longer! We'd definitely recommend this place and hope to be back again soon.

This was our second visit to Cobble Cottage. Our first was in 2021, during the pandemic, so this time it was even better. The cottage is clean and comfortably furnished and very well equipped and the bed is also very comfortable. The cottage is situated in the centre of Holt, so convenient for shops, cafes and pubs.Its also convenient for many placRead morees of interest-Felbrigg, Blickling, Holkham etc. and only about 4 miles from the coast. Cobble Cottage is in the heart of the town yet its in a very quiet courtyard where you dont hear anything! Parking for one car outside is free and although it has a small patio at the front of the cottage this is not fenced in so not secure for toddlers or dogs. The cottage is modern and has a great bathroom with a shower and two large bedrooms. What a find! Just off the main street in Holt, the cottage was everything we wanted. We couldn't believe how quiet and peaceful it was. We shall certainly be booking again to go back.

The house is exceptionally clean, the kitchen and bathroom look new and all very well stocked. Specifically worth a mention are the proper size fridge and freezer spaces and the Neff oven and hob, which was great for our Christmas food. We really appreciated that it was decorated for Christmas and that we could use the wood burner. The location of Read morethe house is perfect plus having a car park space. Only 2 down sides: low pressure shower and wifi struggled with multiple gadgets. Would stay again. Hide

Lovely cottage situated just off the centre of town but so convenient for all the shops and restaurants. Hard to believe you are so close to town once inside. Probably one of the best features of Cobble cottage is it's location, and an important benefit is it's own parking space, especially in Holt which has limited parking. We would certainly stay there again. Thanks Richard & Joy.

We chose this property as it looked so welcoming and knowing Holt wanted to stay centrally. It was exactly as it appeared and was a lovely base to explore the restaurants, galleries and parkland close by. We all thought the beds were so comfortable, the interiors very beautifully styled and thoroughly loved our stay. A delightful cottage set in beautiful Holt. We had a wonderful week here. Our two children equally loved it. Really appreciated the wine, milk, coffee & tea. Ah we just had the best time. The house is in an amazing location yet absolutely silent. It's beautifully decorated and really feels like a home from home. Some lovely wine and milk was left for us and we just had the best time. Thank you so much!
