Lovely, comfortable cottage in a safe, residential area only ten minutes walk from the interesting town of Holt. We did the Owl trail through Holt town on our first day which was great! Cottage in good location for exploring the Norfolk coast, but feels it does require some improvements ie. decoration, Large oven not working, TV kept loosing signal, Garden requires attention not very inviting to sit outside. . Nice welcome pack thank you.

The cottage was well presented with lovely artwork, soft furnishings, a shelf of books, etc. The rooms all have high ceilings and there's a modern, large kitchen. However, the property needs redecorating and the garden needs attention. It was not a pleasure to sit in as it lacked any sense of being cared for and the garden furniture was shabby, andRead more there was no parasol to shade ourselves from the sun. We had problems with the TV reception, also. There was a generous welcome pack of goodies. Hide

The kitchen is a bit sparse & the washing machine needs replacing because it does not work properly. It is a pity the outdoor space is so boring, I think a bit more should be made of this space with some colour added. Apart from this it is a sweet little place, although is does require some TLC

A very comfortable, light and airy cottage in a good place to walk into Holt or to drive out elsewhere. Kitchen equipment is a bit limited, and the garden is not very cheerful, but otherwise a very pleasant place to stay.

Great location. Parking a bonus. Welcome pack appreciated. Could be terrific but as per previous reviews the cleaning is an issue. Dust on blinds, cobwebs, dirt round taps etc, A few improvements would make a huge difference. A lick of paint would help too and a quick de- weeding of the garden.
