Wiveton is a charming village set on the banks of the River Glaven. This former port is steeped in history and features a medieval church as well as a great pub and cafe. There are plenty of wonderful walks to enjoy in the area, with Wiveton Downs offering some excellent views. The lovely nearby coastal villages of Cley next the Sea (2 miles) and Blakeney (1.5 miles) are both famous for their wonderful nature reserves which are a haven for keen birdwatchers. From Blakeney Point you can take a boat trip out to see a colony of grey seals. The popular seaside town of Cromer is just 12 miles away and offers plenty of traditional seaside holiday activities.

On entering this lovely property you will find a large utility room with a WC, washing machine and storage space for walking boots, coats, crabbing lines and buckets and spades. The spacious and stylishly designed kitchen is fully equipped with a double oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and a large fridge / freezer. The property features a cosy and inviting lounge, which is a large, light and sunny room with a triple aspect and views over the garden, with plenty of comfortable seating, Smart TV, DVD and a wood burner effect electric fire. There’s also a bright and attractive dining room with seating for 8 and double doors opening onto the patio, as well as a charming snug with CD and a wood burner effect electric fire.  There are two staircases leading to the first floor. The first staircase will lead you to a lovely double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. Heading up the second set of stairs you will find three further spacious bedrooms with delightful far-reaching country views. There are two double rooms, and a single room, but please note there are some low ceilings. There is also a bathroom complete with a bath and separate shower cubicle, as well as a separate WC.

The gardens have a wonderful romantic cottage garden feel to them with deep borders full of long-established rose bushes, a large lawn and a patio where you can relax and enjoy a BBQ. Ample parking for up to three vehicles is available at the front of the house. Please note that the property is accessed via a 50-metre unpaved farm track which is also used by farm vehicles.

Great location. Large property. Plenty of parking. We stayed in November so didn't enjoy the large garden but it would be great in the spring/summer. Had a leakage in a shower which was fixed the sale day on a Sunday. Very impressive. Would happily recommend and would stay again. Like some of the other comments the rooms look a little tired but thiRead mores did not stop us enjoying the property. You will not be disappointed with this property. Hide

A big family house with plenty of room and a very useful utility room. A large safe garden, which deer wander through and a variety of birds visit. Comfortable and homely and very well equipped, especially the kitchen. The cottage is spacious with a large garden, but is dated in a number of areas. The kitchen is new and the on-suite shower room in the extension bedroom is modern, but some of the other rooms are showing their age and require some TLC. The location is very nice, but the track from the road to the cottage entrance is full of potholes and very difficRead moreult to navigate with a low suspension car. More than big enough for 7 adults and 2 dogs. Gardens are lovely and great for the dogs to walk around the whole house as well as plenty of seating for lazy evenings. Location is good with lots to do within easy driving distance. There's everything you need in the cottage with the benefit of a dishwasher and washing machine. New kitchen, wonderful! New fridge/freezer, new stove, making it a truly comfortable, spacious, convenient stay, with plenty of room. Well equipped, plenty of room in the garden, family atmosphere.

We have just returned from a wonderful week at Bryabel. It is spacious and comfortable with a fantastic, wrap around garden so you can follow the sun (or the shade) all day. It would be brilliant for a family and grandparents as there are three bedrooms and a family bathroom up one staircase, while another leads to a double room with ensuite.
