Its a great property but really tired and could do with some tlc and a freshen up. Sofas not particularly comfortable. Good location but if walking to beach, the gate opens straight onto busy main road which isn't easy to cross. Nice touches on arrival. Nice and spacious for families with a beautiful garden.

If you want all mod cons, & open plan rooms then this is not for you HOWEVER if you are looking for a cozy, lovely & very warm, welcoming property with character then this definitely is the place. Can't believe how warm it was, even without the log fire, but then you see the thickness of the outside walls & the heat can't escape. Lovely cottage with everything you need for a great holiday. We took our dogs which the cottage was perfect for and big hits with us were the wine fridge and Sky TV. Proper home from home. The enclosed garden was ideal and the location was perfect with lots to do in easy reach. Will definitely return.
