Enjoying an enviable position close to the sea, this lovely cottage is perfect for those looking for a relaxing holiday with a glorious beach just a short walk away. With a choice of pubs, restaurants and shops all within easy walking distance, the popular and traditional seaside town of Cromer makes a fantastic base for a family holiday. Cromer also offers a stunning cliff-top setting with wide sandy beaches, a fine pier with an end-of-the-pier theatre and the RNLI Henry Blogg Lifeboat Museum. There’s also a zoo, cinema, children’s playbarn and a golf course, and the town is famous for its fishing fleet that still bring in their catch for sale in the town, and of course, Cromer crabs.
On entering this delightful property you will find yourself in the light and welcoming lounge/diner. With plenty of comfy seating, TV, iPod dock and hi-fi with CD, the pleasant and comfortable lounge is an ideal space for relaxing in at the end of a great day, and offers a selection of books, games and CDs to enjoy. There’s also a lovely dining area. Heading into the pretty kitchen, you will find it fully equipped with an electric oven and induction hob, microwave and fridge with ice compartment. There is also a shower room on the ground floor complete with shower cubicle and WC. Going up the steep stairs to the first floor you will find two cosy bedrooms one with a kingsize bed and the other a double.
Stepping outside you can unwind and dine al fresco in the enclosed and secure courtyard patio at the rear of the cottage, where garden furniture can be found. Beach games, a bodyboard and buckets and spades are also provided. There’s an additional seating area at the front of the cottage. Parking can be found roadside or in the nearby public car park.
Please note that, in keeping with its cottage heritage, the property has cottage-style stairs with a tight return at the bottom. They are a little steep and may not be suitable for the more elderly.
