Snettisham is a pretty coastal village in the heart of Norfolk, with a choice of pubs and restaurants, and which is home to the excellent RSPB Snettisham bird reserve. The ancient Peddars Way runs close to the village, and there’s a wonderful network of paths and bike trails to discover. The beautiful beach is just a short drive away, and the area offers numerous nature reserves to enjoy, including RSPB Titchwell, Blakeney Point and Pensthorpe Natural Park. The village is ideally situated for visiting Heacham, Dersingham and the Royal Family’s Sandringham Estate. The wonderful Holkham Estate and Holkham Hall are also within easy reach. Also nearby are popular towns and villages including Burnham Market, Fakenham, Hunstanton and King’s Lynn.
On entering this attractive red brick terrace holiday cottage, you will find yourself in the bright and spacious lounge. With plenty of comfy seating, TV and a traditional wood burner, the light and welcoming lounge is an ideal space to relax in at the end of a lovely day. Moving into the stylishly designed kitchen/diner you will find a charming dining area, perfect for four guests, and the kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge with ice compartment, microwave and washing machine. A quite steep but straight staircase leads you up to the first floor, where you will find two cosy bedrooms. There’s a master bedroom with a double bed, and also a twin. You will also find a shower room complete with a walk-in shower and WC.
A split stable door opens out from the kitchen onto an enclosed garden with a paved area with outdoor seating, picnic table, BBQ and gravelled garden area. There is private designated off-road parking available for one car in front of the property.
The cottage will be decorated over the Christmas period.
