Nestling in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Wells is part of the largest coastal nature reserve in England, making it an ideal base for nature-lovers and birdwatchers. You can catch the Wells and Walsingham Light Railway which will take you to the pilgrim town of Little Walsingham, and there are many quaint villages and charming towns to explore including Brancaster, Blakeney, Thornham and Wighton. Attractions include Pensthorpe Natural Park and the Sandringham Estate. You will also be within walking distance from the 25,000 acre Holkham Estate which is home to the 18th century Holkham Hall and an unspoilt picturesque beach.
On entering this spacious, bright and welcoming holiday home, you will find yourself in the light and airy hallway. The lounge which is an ideal space for relaxing in at the end of a great day, with plenty of comfy seating, Smart TV and a wood burner. Moving into the attractively designed kitchen/diner, you will find a charming dining area with seating for six guests, and the kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. There is also a separate ground-floor WC. Going upstairs to the first floor you will find three cosy bedrooms. There’s a double room with a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room complete with walk-in shower and WC. There’s a further double room, and a bunk bedroom (not suitable for adults). You will also find a family bathroom complete with a shower over the bath and a WC.
Stepping outside you will find the south-facing rear garden is fully enclosed, with a grassed area and a paved patio area with garden furniture, allowing you to sit back, unwind and dine al fresco or enjoy a BBQ. The garage houses four adult bikes for guests to use, a supply of logs for the wood burner and can also be used for storing beach kit, bikes and logs. Off-road parking is available for two cars.
