This property is located in the quiet sleepy village of Great Snoring in the Norfolk countryside, surrounded by rolling fields which makes it an ideal location for those who enjoy leisurely country walks. The town of Fakenham, some 5 miles away, is a historic market town which boasts a good range of shops and some fine historic buildings including the town’s 14th-century church tower. To the north of the property, the seaside town of Wells-next-the-Sea, a wonderful place to enjoy a day trip, whether you fancy a day at the seaside on the beautiful golden sands, a leisurely wander around the shops, or a boat trip around the harbour.
On arrival at this cottage, guests come first to a hallway off from which a door leads through to the open-plan living area comprising a lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area offers a comfortable place to relax and unwind with two sofas, one of which is a double sofa-bed, a TV/DVD in the lounge, and a coal-effect electric fire. Behind this area, the kitchen modestly-sized kitchen area has been well-designed to fit an excellent range of equipment, including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. Returning to the hallway, a second door leads through to the bedroom, a double room with storage space in a built-in cupboard and chest of drawers. A third door from the hallway opens onto a wet room offering a shower and WC.
Outside, there is a communal lawn seating area to the front of the cottage for which there is garden furniture provided. In addition to which there is a shared lawn area with views across to the pretty village church. There is covered off-road parking for one car.
