Nestled in a quiet corner of the owner’s estate, this charming cottage offers guests the opportunity to discover all that North Norfolk has to offer. It is a mecca for nature lovers, anglers, painters and walkers. The 125 miles of waterways which make up the National Park of the Norfolk Broads which are close by can be explored by foot, bike, car or day boat. The coastline is within easy reach with quaint seaside towns full of cobbled streets and fishing boats and the larger towns with promenades, piers and sandy beaches. Family destinations include bewilderwood, Africa Alive and the Dinosaur park. While culinary, retail or cultural tastes can be served by the city of Norwich.
Guests arriving at the cottage will initially enter the bright and airy open-plan kitchen/diner which is equipped with all the facilities needed to cook up a storm. Comprising an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and to help with the dishes after, a handy dishwasher. The glass top table provides a perfect spot to enjoy any meal. After a day sailing on the broads, the cosy lounge with wood burner provides comfortable surroundings in which to relax and plan the next day’s activities, or simply sit back and enjoy the Smart TV and your favourite programmes. The ground floor bedroom accommodates a king-size bedroom and completing the ground floor is a contemporary bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Ascending the staircase to the first-floor guests will initially walk through the interconnecting dressing room with seating before entering the main bedroom which features a king-size bed and lovely views out over the countryside.
Outside the cottage enjoys a large garden with patio area with fencing enclosing the boundary, a perfect outdoor eating area on the garden furniture with charcoal BBQ for during the warmer months. Outside storage provides a covered place to store bicycles and the driveway adjacent to the cottage can accommodate off-road parking for two cars.
