Very restful and comfortable short stay in an idyllic country cottage. Allowed us to travel around the Norfolk Broads including beautiful Wroxham where we watched the boats go in and out under the bridge. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

A lovely cottage in a remote location but still only minutes away from Wroxham and Horning. The garden was perfect for our two shepherds. The dogs aren't allowed upstairs so we had to give up the spacey 1st floor bedroom to our son, whilst we had the ground floor bedroom. Kitchen adequately equipped for home cooking which suited us well. Wi-Fi was Read moreok. A few times in the day it dropped out but this didnt affect anything. Overall, this is a lovely cottage to escape to with fantastic grounds Hide

Gingerbread is in a lovely setting, quiet with a perfect garden for our 2 dogs. The cottage was cosy and comfortable. We had a very relaxing holiday. A big bonus was listening to the birdsong and hearing a bittern booming. Will definitely be returning to Gingerbread cottage again.

Great cottage: spacious and comfortable! Very quiet location with a big garden! Great if you have your dog with you on holiday. Sleeps 4, but really gives you the living space for 4! Only minus: no workable wifi/internet! Bring your own mobile wifi solution with you, e.g. EE or Vodafone, these providers have mobile coverage at this location.

What a lovely cottage in such a peaceful rural location. Gingerbread Cottage was cosy, clean and very well equipped. This is the best place if you really want a proper rest away from it all. The WiFi was not great but that suited us!

This is a wonderful cottage, very peaceful and in a good location. Lots of interesting churches to see, don't miss Belaugh and St Benets abbey, very atmospheric. And of course further afield Happisburgh with interesting tombs of whipwrecked sailors. We had a great week in January found the cottage ideal for a winter break.
