This penthouse apartment incorporates the top two floors of this beautiful building and its elevated position enjoys views over the surrounding area and out to sea. This coastal town, on the edge of the Norfolk coast, is famous for its tasty crabs, wide open beaches, traditional pier with theatre providing variety shows while the town has a variety of charming shops and places to eat and drink. Enjoy some fish and chips on the seafront and learn about the history of Cromer at the local museum. Further afield lies the pretty market town of Holt with steam railway or, if some retail therapy is in order, a trip to the city of Norwich will satisfy the most ardent shopper.

A beautiful arched door leads to the communal staircase and first floor. On entering the apartment take in the lovely high ceilings giving a real sense of space, this is increased when entering the lounge/kitchen area featuring large windows with far reaching views. The kitchen area is well-equipped with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher and fridge/freezer, while the lounge area includes comfy sofas to catch up with your favourite programmes on the TV/DVD. Lovely spacious well kept apartment. Equipped with everything you need apart from towels. Didnt mind bringing own as we prefer this. Beautiful building with a haunted history. Communal Stairs to the first floor are grubby.

Fantastic views from the top storey of the apartment and the location was very good. (10 minute walk to the centre of Cromer, albeit on pathway on main road)

Loved this location. Spacious feel and lay out was better than the photos conveyed. Views across the early morning tree tops was an unexpected delight.

Centrally located apartment in Cromer. Only 10 minutes walk from the centre if you use the path at the end of the drive. Very spacious and plenty of room for 5 adults. Bus service very useful if you dont want to drive, especially if you have a bus pass. Plenty of pubs, bars and restaurants in the centre. Crazy golf, putting and bowls also nearby. What a stunning property .... no noise from any of the neighbours .... the apartment was in mint condition and was lovely and fresh ... the views were amazing ... I couldn't of expected anything better

The apartment was clean and well furnished and an easy walk into Cromer. The caretaker was very helpful as were the neighbours.

Lovely spacious, clean and tidy, well equipped apartment. Comfortable beds. Top double bedroom is accessed via slightly steep staircase with turn at the top, but stairs are carpeted and handrails provided. Good parking and can walk to seafront in approx 15 minutes.
